Weekend Clubbing Roundup - Dystopian, Redshape @ Basing House and Wax Treatment

This week we've already brought you news of the Prologue Label Night @ Suicide Circus and James Ruskin & Pattern Repeat @ Culture Box so now we'll finish off the round up with 3 more excellent events.

First up tonight it's one of our favourite Berlin promotions, Dystopian with their event tonight at Arena Club, headlined by our previous SDD guest, Redshape. Their last event featured UK producer, Sigha, and they're continuing to give the UK techno scene some more love this time with Shifted. Fachwerk Records artist Roman Lindau and Dystopian resident, Rødhåd complete the line up. Doors open at midnight. Full info can be found on Resident Advisor Event Page

Next up we return to London and believe it or not, Redshape appears again. It's going to be a busy weekend for the masked wonder as he headlines Bread & Butter's next event at Basing House. He'll be joined on the night by a selection of B&B residents and special guests. Tickets are still available on Resident Advisor otherwise it'll be more on the door.

Finally, to finish off the Berlin weekend in style, on Sunday it's DJ Pete's Wax Treatment @ Horst Krzbrg. More UK love is flowing from Berlin as UK dubstep artists, Appleblim, Shackleton and Ben UFO join Shed and of course, DJ Pete.

To get you in the mood for this one check out Shed's superb Wax Treatment Podcast 030. We gave it a listen yesterday and it's seriously epic. Doors open on Sunday at 8pm, more info can be found on the Resident Advisor Event Page

Our friends at Culture Box in Denmark's capital, Copenhagen, have been putting together some incredible line ups for 2012.... and this is the first of many.

You will all of heard of Fachwerk Records, Mike Dehnert and Roman Lindau. Along with Sascha Rydell, Mike and Roman have been cementing their position as one of the most respected collectives in techno today. They will be taking over Culture Box's main room to display why they're so highly rated by clubbers and industry types alike.

There's no tickets for this one so turn up and pay on the door. The party will kick off at 11pm. Any other info you could need can be found on the RA Event Page. To find out what's coming up at Culture Box, check out their Website and more info on Fachwerk Records can be found on their Facebook Fan Page

EarToGround pres Xhin Album Launch, Stroboscopic Artefacts and Fachwerk Records @ Corsica Studios (12th Nov 11)

Seven months ago Stroboscopic Artefacts descended on London's Corsica Studios to showcase their label to the capital for the very first time. If you was there, then like us, you'll hold very fond memories of that night. That was April but now we're in November and our friends over at EarToGround felt it was time London got exposed to the collective again.

The party coincides with the launch of Xhin's superb 'Sword' album so of course the man from Singapore is the deserved headliner and we know he's going to mark the occasion with something extra special. He'll be expertly backed up by SA artists Lucy, Pfirter (making his London debut), Inigo Kennedy with visuals from Oblivious Artefacts.

Room 2 isn't looking too bad either. After already playing host to Mike Dehnert, ETG are now bringing over the other two members of Fachwerk Records, Roman Lindau and Sascha Rydell for an extended b2b set. Additional support comes from ETG boss Gareth Wild and one half of the team behind the first release on ETG's label, Dax J.

Tickets are still available on Resident Advisor. Get them on the Event Page, you can also find the rest of the info there too. And of course once it hits 6am the party will be far from over because they'll all be heading to Cable for the after party and help Jaded celebrate turning 7. Expect some big names and huge surprises. All the details and tickets are on the Jaded Resident Advisor page

Grounded Theory pres Fachwerk Records Showcase @ Arena (5th Nov 10)

It seems that a vast amount of Londoners are making their way out to Berlin for the upcoming weekend. I can't blame them. We was out there two weekends ago and had one of the best times of our lives. There's some monster events going on this weekend. Perlon's launch of their 'Superlongivity 5 EP' @ Panoramabar, the Bermuda Festival is taking over half the clubs in the city, and for us the top pick of the whole weekend of Bermuda parties has to be Grounded Theory's 6th event at Arena Club.

The previous parties have included some great line ups, including the likes of Ben Klock, Adam X, Marcel Fengler, Function, Norman Nodge, Sleeparchive to name a few, and their resident Milton Bradley.

For this party they've teamed up with the excellent Berlin label, Fachwerk Records. They've handed over the rains to Mike Dehnert, Roman Lindau and Sascha Rydell and will be leaving them to get on with playing the style of music that's made the label so successful, great techno! Between the 3 of them they've racked up 16 releases on the label and individually they've featured on some of the most respected techno labels around, such as Clone, Echocord Colour, Deeply Rooted House and Ostgut Ton. The pedigree is there for all to see

Doors open at midnight on Friday and goes on till late. And as parties generally do in Berlin it's likely to go on very late!

To finish you off here's some links so you keep fully updated on the actions of all parties involved
