Ostgut Ton vs 50 Weapons @ Peckham Palais (28th Mar 13)

Ostgut Ton once again join up with Broken And Uneven, as they return to London for the first time since that epic sweaty night in Wapping last August and this time they're bringing 50 Weapons with them. It's a start studded affair wherever you look. The Ostgut Ton room features Marcel Fengler (who was one of the real unsung heros of the last party), Barker & Baumecker (Live), new Ostgut signing Function and special guest, Detroit Techno pioneer, Robert Hood.

The 50 Weapons room makes the whole night a difficult prospect. There's going to be some tough choices to make. Live sets from Shed and Benjamin Damage with be perfectly complimented by a DJ set from Addison Groove. If you've not caught a live set from Shed before, we highly recommend taking time away from the Ostgut room to experience one of our favourite musicians doing his thing.

Tickets are available from Resident Advisor.

On top of this when 6am rolls around and you don't want to go home yet (as is quite often the case) everyone will be upping sticks and relocating to the infamous East German fishing boat, the MS Stubnitz, for the after party. Marcel Fengler will continue where he left off from the previous party as he is joined by Dark Sky and Dolan Bergin.

After party tickets are also available from Resident Advisor

Weekend Clubbing Roundup - Dystopian, Redshape @ Basing House and Wax Treatment

This week we've already brought you news of the Prologue Label Night @ Suicide Circus and James Ruskin & Pattern Repeat @ Culture Box so now we'll finish off the round up with 3 more excellent events.

First up tonight it's one of our favourite Berlin promotions, Dystopian with their event tonight at Arena Club, headlined by our previous SDD guest, Redshape. Their last event featured UK producer, Sigha, and they're continuing to give the UK techno scene some more love this time with Shifted. Fachwerk Records artist Roman Lindau and Dystopian resident, Rødhåd complete the line up. Doors open at midnight. Full info can be found on Resident Advisor Event Page

Next up we return to London and believe it or not, Redshape appears again. It's going to be a busy weekend for the masked wonder as he headlines Bread & Butter's next event at Basing House. He'll be joined on the night by a selection of B&B residents and special guests. Tickets are still available on Resident Advisor otherwise it'll be more on the door.

Finally, to finish off the Berlin weekend in style, on Sunday it's DJ Pete's Wax Treatment @ Horst Krzbrg. More UK love is flowing from Berlin as UK dubstep artists, Appleblim, Shackleton and Ben UFO join Shed and of course, DJ Pete.

To get you in the mood for this one check out Shed's superb Wax Treatment Podcast 030. We gave it a listen yesterday and it's seriously epic. Doors open on Sunday at 8pm, more info can be found on the Resident Advisor Event Page

Shed (Live) @ Wear Fear Silence, Cable (11th Sep 10)

Last Saturday we made our way down to SE1 for the latest in We Fear Silence's string of events at the South London superclub, Cable. A massive line up, including Surgeon, A Made Up Sound, Peverlist and more, was assembled to join Shed in the launch of his new Album 'The Traveller'.

I caught the end of his amazing set on the trusty iPhone for your viewing pleasure. The album is available in all good shops on CD and Vinyl and available digitally from the usual download sites. More info on Shed can be found on his Myspace Page
